It's obviously broken. Take it to the dealership immediately.
Honestly, I wouldn't even continue driving it, due to the danger of the turn signal.

I had BMW as a loaner whilst my miata was in the shop. it made me drive super courteously because of the rep of being a young guy in a new BMW.

It was mums X3, my FoST was getting detailed. I hated it so much.
